Why is Music Entertainment a better choice than any other Disco?
We have had more than 25 years experience in providing Discos and entertainment to a huge range of Clients, private and corporate throughout the UK. We use professional grade equipment, carry standby equipment, drive reliable vehicles and comply with ALL legalities relating to working as a DJ.
I want to be able to speak to friends and family without being drowned out by the music during the evening Disco
We have modern designed speakers that are able to concentrate music on the dance floor so there is ample atmosphere without the levels being intrusive to those sitting elsewhere in the venue.
How long does it take to setup?
This depends on the size of show required. Access to the venue also can make a difference. If you allow an hour that normally is fairly accurate but we will give you a better indication when we speak to you.
How many people will arrive and set up the Disco?
This depends on the type and size of Disco, however most are designed to be two person operations as this helps us keep the prices down for you. If the event is upstairs, Please let us know as this can affect the cost as extra man power may be needed.
Do you charge travel expenses?
Usually no, however with the sharp increase in fuel costs, it is regrettably necessary to charge a proportionate fee depending on your distance from our base in Camberley Surrey. We will advise you of any extra cost prior to you placing your booking.
Can I alter the information or arrangements for my event after it has been agreed?
Yes this is fine as long as it is done no less than one week before the event. Please note this may also have an effect on the cost if venues are changed or longer playing time is required
When is the balance due?
When you book, a deposit is required & the balance is payable on the day of the event.
What Documentation does a DJ need?
To DJ in either a full or part time capacity, a DJ must:
Be insured and protected by a public liability insurance policy. Music Entertainment are covered by a 3 Million pound policy. A public liability policy protects you, your guests and the venue for damage, injury or death caused by the DJ or their equipment.
Have all their equipment PAT tested. PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) is an electrical safety test and is a legal requirement when being used in public venues.
